Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver anywhere in Australia. We do not ship overseas at this stage.

Cost

Flat $9.95 per order, free on orders over $99.

Delivery time

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery is usually 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional postcodes can take longer.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. If a parcel has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Multiple parcels

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
