How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse and delivery is usually 7 to 15 business days. You get a tracking number by email once the order is dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Flat $9.95 anywhere in Australia, free on orders over $99.
Do you take returns?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for anything unused and in its original packaging. See the Refund Policy. Used knives cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but a faulty item is always replaced or refunded.
Can these go in the dishwasher?
Only where the product page says the supplier states it. Anything wooden or carbon steel should be hand washed and dried straight away.
How do I keep a knife sharp?
Hone before each use and sharpen every few months. A pull-through sharpener is faster but takes more metal off than a stone.
Do you ship overseas?
Not at this stage. We deliver within Australia only.
